
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is UPS Ground. UPS Ground service takes 1-8 days for shipment depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays made by the carrier. At our discretion, we may change the shipping method without notice.
All in stock orders ship within 72 hours of placement of order, usually items ship within 24 hours! If the item is not in stock, you will be notified with a shipping estimate within 24 hours.
Delivery by Truck*
When ordering furniture, it will be shipped by common carrier and the shipping charges will be charged to your credit card separately. You will be notified of the charges prior to shipping your order. All products marked with an "*" are shipped by truck.
Rush Delivery
At checkout you have the choice to choose a faster shipping method. For an additional charge you can choose UPS Second Day or UPS Next day on the drop down shipping menu at check out. All rush orders will ship within 48 hours, and in most cases will ship within 24 hours.
International Orders
There is no international shipping available.
Please note that Furnishing Hope has the right to charge additional shipping charges if a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address resulting in reshipment of a package.

Ordering Information
To order online, browse through our website and click on the picture to display more information. At any time during your shopping you can click on the view cart icon to see what you have in your shopping cart. Items can easily be deleted from your cart before you place your order, so shop away and then you can make your final selection before processing your order. Payment for orders can be made by credit card.
Order Changes
If you need to change an order prior to shipping, please call us at 949-644-9106 or email us at orders@furnishinghope.org. If the items have not shipped we will be happy to make the changes for you.
Privacy/Security Information
Furnishing Hope will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any third party.
Returns
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please return them within 30 days in their original packaging and we will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Should you wish to make a return, please ship the item and your packing slip to:

Returns must be sent with a "Signature Required" service feature as offered by your carrier. Your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return. Please note on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service. We will pick up the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Furnishing Hope or a damaged or defective product. Note: We only pay for ground service on returned shipments. Shipments of returned items must be prepaid, we cannot accept COD returns.
All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in original condition and must include all accessories, packing material, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and the box in which it was shipped.

Back Orders
We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. In the event that you select a back ordered item, your order may be divided into multiple shipments, as we will ship products that are immediately available.
